About Me & My Approach
At Coronado Garage Gym my passion is helping clients meet their fitness goals. My own fitness journey began 15 years ago when I joined a local Crossfit Gym as a young mom, with little exercise experience, and not understanding my capabilities. Within a few months I began having more energy, increased mental clarity, and a belief in my physical abilities. This gave me the confidence to try new things such as competing in fun challenges, hiking mountains, paddle boarding, surfing, playing sports, and in general just living my best life. It was at this point I knew I wanted to share this experience with others so they could enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Shortly thereafter educating clients about wellness and fitness became my passion and purpose. Coronado Garage Gym was born. Since then I've received certifications in Basi Pilates, CrossFit, and Olympic Lifting. I am grateful to have been teaching clients around the world for more than 10 years now, and I consider myself lucky to count many of my clients as lifelong friends. I have always asked what is vitally important to my clients, and have arrived at a comprehensive, safe and effective approach. Whether you are a beginner, highly trained athlete, wanting to work on flexibility, muscle recovery or looking to incorporate cross training. At Coronado Garage Gym, I will help you get there.

The reformer is the ultimate machine to help build a full body workout. You will get your heart pumping and increasing your mobility. The reformer can adjust to suit your fitness level with different spring loads. You will work on coordination, mind-body connection, flexibility, improve posture, stress management, balance all while having fun and challenging your body.

Mat PilatesÂ

From beginners to advance fitness levels mat class focuses on mind-body connection and breathing. You will challenge your body with bands, magic circle, hand weights. You will see your posture improve, increase your mobility, tone muscle, and build core strength.

Personal Training
Private Class
This customized  hour focuses on your personal fitness levels and goals. Using a hand full of fitness equipment such as Concept 2 Rower, pull-up bars, Crossfit boxes, resistances bands, free weights and dumbbells, I am able program a variety of workouts that can include, HIIT, Strength, Endurance, or combination workout.
